Product Description

1. Product Introduction

40-150 mm hot rolling steel balls (grinding media) are manufactured byJia De ’s automatic hot rolling & heat treatment production line.
The steel ball adopts high-quality alloy steel bar raw material, through heating, hot rolling, quenching & tempering gradient hardening treatment. It balances surface hardness and core toughness, featuring low breakage rate, good roundness, stable wear resistance.
Widely used in ball mills for gold mine, copper mine, iron mine and cement plant mineral grinding.

2. Production Process

Raw steel bar → Cutting → Heating → Hot Rolling → Quenching → Tempering → Hardness Test → Appearance Inspection → Packaging
