Jiade Mining Forged Grinding Steel Balls are specially developed for ore grinding of mining industry with specifications from Φ20 to Φ150. We select high-quality round steel, low-carbon alloy and high manganese alloy as raw materials, adopting air hammer forging process plus precise heat treatment. The finished steel balls own uniform hardness of 58-65HRC on surface and 56-64HRC in core, high impact toughness and crushing rate below 1%. All items are produced under ISO9001:2008 quality management system with complete inspection procedures. Apart from mine beneficiation, these forged balls are also widely used in cement plant, thermal power plant and chemical processing. Custom dimensions and chemical composition are available according to clients’ actual working conditions.
