Founded on advanced production equipment and mature proprietary manufacturing techniques, Jiade Company specializes in customized forged grinding steel balls covering a dimensional range from Φ20 to Φ150. We source superior raw materials including high-grade round steel, low-carbon alloy steel, high-manganese steel and high-carbon high-manganese alloy steel, adopting air hammer forging plus specialized heat treatment techniques alongside stringent full-process quality management. Benefiting from strict production control, our forged steel balls deliver evenly distributed hardness: surface hardness reaches 58–65HRC and volumetric hardness hits 56–64HRC, with impact toughness up to 12J/cm² and a crushing rate well under 1%. In terms of chemical composition, carbon content stands at 0.40%–0.85%, manganese 0.50%–1.20% and chromium 0.05%–1.20%. Backed by a complete in-house quality inspection system and professional testing instruments, we have been certified to ISO 9001:2008 International Quality Management System. Our forged grinding balls are widely applicable in mining, cement production, thermal power generation and chemical industries, and we support bespoke dimension production to meet diversified customer demands.
